Net Zero Energy House (Vietnam, 2018)
With the high awareness from the board of directors of GreenViet Consultancy and Alpes GDB, both sides have agreed to set “Nearly Zero Energy Building” as a goal for the ALPES office building, which is located in Da Nang city (Vietnam).
The building was constructed in 2016 with a passive design to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The targets are to achieve a nZEB and LOTUS green building certification.
